I don’t typically like to leave negative reviews. I rarely do this. Naomi was lovely and super kind, but I went to her last week and got a lice check as my roommate currently has lice. She checked me and told me I was in the clear. I did notice. I was extremely itchy and ended up finding lice eggs in my hair. I went to a different woman in Stuart and she told me I had a good amount of it in my hair. So my negative lice check from her was BS and honestly I’m so frustrated. I called to go back to her before going somewhere else and they then told me she resigned. Super disappointed, and would love my 35$ back.

Response from the owner:Keri, thank you for letting us know, and we're sorry you found eggs after your check with us. We understand how frustrating that is. Please call the clinic so we can review your visit with you and talk about next steps.

I was looking at certain places that I could take my child for lice treatment, I went on the website which says in fine print that its team works with various different insurance companies. My child received treatment which was over $400 dollars after the treatment, I asked about insurance and was told by the owner they don’t take insurance. I argued back and fourth because it’s false advertisement and misleading customers forcing them to come in and pay full. I provided a picture of there website and statement that they take insurance because the owner even acknowledged that it was false. Please watch out for this place.

Response from the owner:Vincent, thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry for the confusion about insurance. Our clinic does not accept or bill insurance. We can provide an itemized receipt that you can submit to your insurance company to request reimbursement. Please contact the clinic if you would like one.
